Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing teams, coordinating with different departments, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of the company.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the operations team.
- Ensure all operational processes are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, Customer Support, and other departments.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports and operational performance reports.
- Manage vendor, supplier, and internal stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
- Monitor operational costs and work towards cost optimization.




- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and support team members to improve their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Required Skills

- Experience in process management and operational planning.
- Good knowledge of MIS and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other business management software is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in operations management is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations.
- Strong experience in team handling and process management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
