Job Title: Sales Back Office Executive
Department: Sales / Operations
Location: Tirunelveli
Experience: 0–2 years

Job Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
- Maintain and update customer and sales databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle data entry and maintain sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and other departments.
- Track order status, delivery status, and pending payments.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing timely information and support.
- Handle customer queries and provide necessary information.




- Perform other back-office and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good data-entry and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes is an advantage.

Qualification

- Any Degree
