Key Responsibilities:-

- Material Planning - Plan and coordinate raw material requirements based on sales orders and production schedules.
- Raw Material Issuance - Arrange and issue raw materials to vendors as per approved production plans.
- Material & Scrap Tracking - Monitor materials issued to vendors and verify the return of correct finished materials, balance materials, and scrap.
- Incoming Material Quality Follow-up - Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department for inspection and approval of received materials.
- Rework Material Coordination - Track rework materials sent to vendors and ensure timely completion and return.
- Vendor Scrap Management - Follow up with vendors regarding scrap generation, return, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Vendor Material Follow-up - Regularly communicate with vendors to monitor material status, production progress, and delivery commitments.
- Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Processing - Ensure timely preparation and completion of GRNs for all received materials.
- Material Reconciliation - Maintain records and reconcile issued materials,



received materials, rework quantities, and scrap balances.
- Delivery Coordination - Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials according to production requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of material movements, vendor transactions, GRNs, and follow-up reports.
- Vendor Performance Monitoring - Track vendor responsiveness, quality compliance, and delivery performance to support operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
