About the Role

UBALPINE is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager – Architects & Projects to develop business across Delhi NCR by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC firms, Design & Build companies, contractors and corporate project teams.

The person will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, generating enquiries, developing relationships and converting opportunities into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC firms, Design & Build companies and project consultants.
- Identify upcoming commercial office, corporate, workspace and institutional projects across Delhi NCR.
- Generate new business opportunities and project enquiries.
- Introduce UBALPINE's modular office furniture and workplace solutions to key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with architects and project stakeholders.
- Ensure UBALPINE products are considered and specified in upcoming projects.
- Follow up on enquiries, BOQs, quotations and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with the internal team for BOQs, quotations,



product selections and project requirements.
- Track projects from initial enquiry through order closure.
- Maintain a database of architects, consultants, projects and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, meetings, enquiries and conversions.

Preferred Candidate

- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Project Sales.
- Experience in office furniture, modular furniture, interiors, fit-outs, building materials or related industries preferred.
- Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs and project consultants will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field visits across Delhi NCR.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently developing business.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
