- Create and Act — Be the on-screen talent when the concept calls for it — deliver lines, expressions, and energy that feel authentic, not scripted
- Record — Shoot high-quality video using phone/camera setups, lighting, and basic gear
- Edit & Upload — Cut, edit, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) with consistent quality and voice
- Experiment — Test trends, formats, and hooks to figure out what actually drives engagement
What We're Looking For
- A natural in front of the camera — confident, expressive, unafraid to try different tones (fun, bold, relatable)
- Comfortable with basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- An eye for what makes content watchable — pacing, hooks, trends
- Self-starter energy — you take a rough idea and run with it
- Based in or able to commute to Sector 23/43, Gurgaon
