Lead the sourcing and procurement of commodities for the organization, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
Continuously monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to inform procurement decisions.
Utilize data analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in procurement processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with overall business objectives.




Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Stay updated on industry best practices and new procurement technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of procurement strategies.
Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Represent the organization in supplier meetings and negotiations to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Effectively communicate and present procurement strategies and results to senior management.
Manage and track procurement budgets to ensure cost control and optimize spending.
Continuously review and improve procurement processes to streamline operations and drive cost savings.
