Job Summary: Develops a complete understanding of the SAP Accounts Receivable submenu and how it relates to the other areas of Accounting and to the Certification process. Maintains a client-service oriented environment in all dealings with CSA customers and staff. Works with customers and staff to reduce DSO and the over 50 balance to the organization’s target range. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain management reports highlighting overdue customer balances to support effective collection efforts Proactively contact delinquent customers via phone, email, and fax to request prompt payment Handle incoming inquiries from customers and internal departments regarding account balances, address changes, payment applications, and corrections Investigate and resolve disputed accounts in close collaboration with relevant internal teams Follow up proactively on payment commitments, customer inquiries, corrective actions, and dispute resolutions to ensure timely cash flow Preferred Education and Experience:



A minimum of a High School diploma 1 year formal training in Accounting and at least 2 years of business experience in an accounting and financial environment A basic understanding of accounting principles and a working knowledge of accounting information systems Self-motivated, client service oriented and comfortable working to performance commitments with a minimum of supervision Familiarity with ERP systems and procedures in an accounting environment and be proficient in the use of Windows on a personal computer CSA Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
