Job Description
Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, configuration, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Salesforce using custom objects, fields, validation rules, and object relationshipsBuild and customize applications using Lightning App BuilderDevelop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and controllersImplement automation using Approval Processes, Process Builder,



and FlowsDesign and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIsWrite and maintain Apex test classes ensuring high code coverageParticipate in unit testing, regression testing, and UAT supportPerform deployments using GitHub/GitLab, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, and CopadoCollaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of Salesforce development experienceStrong understanding of Salesforce data model and security modelHands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning componentsExperience in CI/CD and version control toolsGood knowledge of API-based integrationsCertifications (Mandatory)

At least one of the following:

Salesforce AdministratorPlatform Developer 1Platform App BuilderAdded Advantage

Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce (prompt configuration, guardrails, workflows)Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, BRE)Familiarity with Copado Robotic Testing

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications
Engineering Degree or Maters in Science (MCA) or equivalent

5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development
