The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic team. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a strong background in finance and accounting,



with a preference for a Chartered Accountant qualification. The ideal candidate will have 15-22 years' experience, particularly within a manufacturing or industrial workplace, and a proven track record in areas such as cost optimization, margin improvement, and working capital management. Experience in financial transformation, process improvement, and exposure to international or MNC environments is highly desirable. The role requires a professional with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, who can demonstrate a high level of integrity, ownership, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
