Job Description

Plan, manage, and execute construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Supervise MEP and civil works, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to avoid delays or cost overruns.Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Ensure adherence to the company's quality and safety standards across all construction activities.Resolve any in office issues or challenges promptly, maintaining effective communication with all parties.Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant





Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)Advanced degree or PMP / equivalent certification preferred12-15 years of progressive construction management experience, including large‑scale industrial projectsStrong understanding of civil works, construction processes, and interface with MEP systemsWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, PrimaveraAbility to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and schedulesStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑compliance environment
