Job Description

Manage and oversee the collections process for the O2C function.Set up and implement effective collection strategies and policies.Work closely with clients to resolve payment-related issues and maintain relationships.Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Analyse and report on collection metrics and trends.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Handle escalations and complex cases with a solution-oriented approach.




The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

Strong experience in collections and O2C processes.Good leadership and team management skills.Confidence in building and managing client relationships.Knowledge of accounting and finance practices.Ability to handle escalations and solve problems effectively.Robust communication and organisational skills.
