We are hiring proactive, target-driven Field Sales Executives on behalf of our
client in the clean energy/solar sector. In this role, you will identify prospective residential and
commercial clients, conduct site visits, present solar solutions, and close project deals.

Fixed Salary: ₹10000-15000per month
● Direct Commission: ₹1,000 per kW closed and installed (e.g., closing a single 5 kW
commercial project earns ₹5,000 in incentives).
● Travel Allowance: Fuel reimbursement as per company policy

Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
● Experience: 0–2 years of experience in direct field sales, direct marketing, or doorstep
customer acquisition (freshers with robust communication are welcome).
● Skills: Persuasive communication, strong negotiation abilities, and local geographical
knowledge.
● Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily field travel.
● Language: Fluency in the local language; basic working knowledge of English or Hindi.
