10-18 years in software / AI engineering with production AI experienceExpertise in LLM systems, agentic systems, and multi-agent architecturesHands-on with RAG, vector databases, LangGraph, Python, distributed systems, and API orchestrationPreferred exposure to fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, memory systems, and cognitive architecturesProven track record of systems built in production
