Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive automation excellence for enterprise customer implementations.

In this role, you will design, develop, and execute scalable automation solutions that validate customer configurations, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows. You will work closely with Delivery Consultants, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure every implementation is delivered with confidence, speed, and exceptional quality.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on building robust automation frameworks that support global customer deployments across North America, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Automation Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.Automate UI, API, regression, and end-to-end implementation test scenarios.Develop reusable automation components to support multiple customer implementations.Improve automation coverage across configuration-driven workflows.Optimize automation execution for faster release validation.

2. Customer Implementation Quality

Support quality assurance for enterprise customer implementations, including:

Configuration validationWorkflow validationRegression testingEnvironment verificationData migration validationValidate integrations with:

ATS platformsHCM systemsCRM applicationsSSO platformsJob BoardsThird-party APIsEnsure deployment readiness through comprehensive automation testing.

3. API & Integration Testing

Develop automated API test suites.Validate REST APIs and integration workflows.Perform data integrity and API contract validation.Verify system behavior across interconnected enterprise applications.Identify and troubleshoot integration issues throughout implementation.

4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.Participate in requirement reviews and solution discussions.Perform root cause analysis for production and implementation issues.Contribute to automation framework enhancements and best practices.Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and automation reliability.About Phenom

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – QA Automation to lead automation strategy and execution within the Global Professional Services QA function.

This role is responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, governing quality standards across enterprise implementations, and enabling predictable, high-confidence customer go-lives across regions including North America, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.

You will collaborate closely with Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to embed automation-first practices that keep pace with Phenom’s innovation velocity and ensure every customer deployment — across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Australia — meets our benchmarks for quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation Strategy & Execution

Define and implement automation roadmap for GPS implementations.Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for:UI validationAPI and integration testingRegression automationConfiguration verificationBuild reusable automation components to accelerate parallel customer deployments.Ensure high automation coverage for configuration-heavy workflows.2. Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers.Drive performance management, coaching, and skill development.Establish quality KPIs aligned to delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.Conduct regular reviews to track automation effectiveness and defect trends.3. Implementation & Integration Quality

Define test strategies for enterprise implementations including:Data migration validationEnvironment readiness checksMulti-system integration validationValidate integrations with ATS, HCM, CRM, SSO, job boards, and third-party systems.Ensure data integrity, mapping accuracy, and API contract validation.Support structured go-live sign-offs with automation-backed validation.4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Evaluate emerging automation tools and AI-assisted testing solutions.Adapt frameworks to support evolving AI-driven features.Introduce reporting mechanisms for automation coverage and quality metrics.Continuously optimize automation to match rapid release cycles.Required Skills

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation.Proficiency in Java or Python.Strong expertise in API testing and integration validation.Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS platforms and configuration-driven systems.Experience in data validation and automated configuration testing.Leadership & Behavioral Skills

Proven experience managing QA automation teams.Strong stakeholder collaboration across Delivery, Product,



and Engineering.Analytical mindset with focus on metrics and continuous improvement.Strong communication and reporting skills.Ability to manage global delivery timelines and cross-time-zone coordination.Qualifications

9–15 years of QA experience with 2–4 years in a managerial capacity.Experience in SaaS, enterprise implementations, or customer delivery QA environments.Demonstrated ability to build and scale automation frameworks.Experience supporting large-scale, multi-region customer deployments.Preferred Experience

Exposure to HR Tech platforms (ATS, HCM, CRM, Talent Experience platforms).Experience within Global Professional Services or enterprise solution delivery environments.Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive application testing.What You Will Achieve

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation.Proficiency in Java or Python.Experience with API automation and REST API testing.Strong understanding of Selenium concepts (preferred) and modern automation practices.Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.Knowledge of Git version control.Experience validating enterprise integrations and configuration-driven applications.Basic understanding of SQL and data validation techniques.Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a solid focus on automation.Minimum 3 years of hands-on automation experience.Experience testing SaaS products or enterprise web applications.Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.Experience working on customer-facing implementation or enterprise software projects is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with HR Tech platforms such as ATS, HCM, CRM, or Talent Experience platforms.Exposure to enterprise software implementations.Experience testing AI-powered or cloud-based SaaS applications.Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter is an added advantage.Experience validating enterprise integrations and complex business workflows.
