Primary Responsibilities:

Define product vision and strategyOwn product roadmap & prioritizationDrive product development executionWrite and maintain features, user stories, and acceptance criteriaMaintain backlogPartner closely with engineering to refine solutions and scope workParticipate in agile ceremoniies (sprint planning, standups, demos, etc.)Act as technical bridgeWrite and maintain product requirement documentationTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsUnderstand system architecture, APIs, and integrationsCollaborate closely with engineers on design decisions and technical tradeoffsDrive data-informed decisionsDefine and track KPIs, success metrics, and product health indicatorsStakeholder management & communicationServe as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Design, Marketing & Sales, and SupportCommunicate product updates, risks, and outcomes to leadershipManage expectations and resolve conflicts across stakeholdersLead product launches & AdoptionManage product lifecycleOversee end-to-end product lifecycleContinuously improve existing features and retire underperforming onesManage backlog of enhancements,

Graduate degree or equivalent experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business (with solid technical exposure)Professional Experience8+ years of product management, program management,



or related experienceExperience working with software development teams as well as agile/scrum environmentsTechnical Skills & KnowledgeSystem architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud platforms)Software development lifecycle (SDLC)Familiarity with cloud platforms, data systems and analytics, APIsProduct Management SkillsExpertise in:Writing PRDs, user stories, and requirements | Roadmap planning and prioritization | Product lifecycle managementExperience with:Agile methodologies | product tools (Jira, Aha)Communication & CollaborationSolid written and verbal communicationAbility to: Translate technical concepts into business language | Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams
