Job Description

Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including close, journals, reconciliations, and reportingBuild and manage a high-performing finance team, providing coaching and leadershipOversee daily accounting operations ensuring quality, accuracy, and SLA adherenceMonitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across processesDrive transformation initiatives through automation and technology adoptionLead change management efforts for recent systems, tools,



and processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and deliver business valueEngage with global stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and performance
The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - R2R should have:

Qualified finance professional (CA)18+ years of experience, including 15+ years of exposure to finance shared services/multinational environmentProven leadership experience managing large teams in a global environmentStrong background in R2R operations and accounting processesStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
