We are looking for a highly disciplined, physically fit and professionally trained Personal Security Officer (PSO) to provide close personal protection and security support to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a background in military, police, armed forces, paramilitary, professional security, close protection, martial arts or tactical security operations.

This is a professional executive-protection role requiring discretion, alertness, excellent physical fitness and the ability to respond calmly during emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide close personal protection to designated personnel during travel, meetings, site visits and public engagements.
- Maintain continuous situational awareness and identify potential security risks.
- Conduct basic advance security checks of locations, routes and venues.
- Accompany the principal during domestic travel and official engagements.
- Maintain awareness of people, vehicles and surroundings while on duty.
- Respond appropriately to security incidents, emergencies and potential threats.
- Coordinate with local security personnel and authorities when required.
- Assist with secure movement and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the principal's movements, schedule and personal information.
- Prepare incident reports and daily security updates.
- Maintain professional appearance, discipline and conduct at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security, close protection, military, police, paramilitary or similar roles.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina.
- Training or experience in defensive tactics, martial arts,



unarmed combat or close protection preferred.
- Excellent observation and situational-awareness skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Basic first-aid and emergency-response knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
