Key Responsibilities:

Develop 2D and 3D designs for Foundry Patterns and Core Boxes.

Study customer drawings and convert them into manufacturing-ready designs.

Prepare designs considering casting shrinkage, machining allowance, draft angle, parting line, and core requirements.

Design Wooden, Aluminium, and Metal Patterns.

Coordinate with the production, VMC machining, and pattern manufacturing teams.

Prepare technical drawings and manufacturing details.

Support pattern development from design stage to final trial and approval.

Solve design and development-related technical issues.

Ensure designs meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of SolidWorks / AutoCAD / other 3D CAD software.

Knowledge of Foundry Pattern and Core Box Design.

Understanding of casting processes and manufacturing.

Knowledge of VMC/CNC machining will be an advantage.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Good problem-solving and development skills.

Experience - 2 to 5 Years

Pay: ₹9,349.57 - ₹46,390.36 per month
