Job Title: Placement Officer

Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to manage student placements and build strong relationships with hiring partners. The ideal candidate will support students in securing job opportunities aligned with their skills and course completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage placement activities for students across various courses
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals
- Identify job openings, internships, and placement opportunities for students
- Organize placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events
- Prepare students for interviews, including resume guidance and interview readiness
- Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (academic, student success, sales) for smooth placement execution




- Track placement performance and submit regular reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications

- Any degree (MBA/HR preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR (EdTech experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build corporate connections and manage multiple hiring partners
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Target-driven mindset with good follow-up skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
