A Store Executive in a cable and wire manufacturing plant manages raw materials like copper/aluminum rods and PVC/XLPE compounds, monitors work-in-progress, and controls finished cable drums. The role requires tracking inventory via ERP systems, conducting stock audits, and ensuring safe material handling.
Key Responsibilities

- Material Receipt & Inspection: Check incoming raw metals, insulation polymers, and packaging supplies against purchase orders and quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels for raw materials, copper/aluminum scrap, and finished wire coils or heavy drums using ERP Systems.
- Issue & Dispatch: Release raw materials smoothly to production floors and organize finished goods for safe transit.
- Audits & Reconciliations: Run periodic physical stock counts and match them with digital records.
- Warehouse Safety: Enforce proper stacking,



labeling, FIFO methods, and 5S cleanliness guidelines.

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream or a technical diploma.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years working in warehouse or inventory roles within manufacturing.
- Skills: Knowledge of ERP/SAP software, good numerical accuracy, and secure material handling practices.
