Description: Qualdow is looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Junior Project Supervisor / Project Supervisor to support our project execution and site operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who wants to gain practical experience in project execution, site supervision, contractor coordination, material management, and client coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and office team to ensure that site activities are completed smoothly, safely, and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day project and site activities.

Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and the office team.

Ensure work is carried out as per the project schedule, drawings, instructions, and requirements.

Monitor material availability, usage, and basic inventory at the project site.

Check the quality and progress of work and report any issues to the Project Manager.

Maintain daily site reports, work updates, material records,



and site photographs.

Track worker/contractor attendance and daily work progress when required.

Coordinate with clients and other project representatives when required.

Follow up with contractors and vendors for timely completion of assigned work.

Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, and safety practices at the work site.

Communicate regular project updates to the Project Manager and office team.

Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project execution and coordination.

Travel to different project sites within Mumbai and nearby areas as required.

Requirements: Fresher candidates are welcome. Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Interior, Construction, or a related field is preferred. 0–1 year of relevant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is preferred. Basic understanding of site/project work is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
