Hema Automation India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Field Sales Representative for our Ankleshwar/Bharuch location. The candidate will be responsible for developing new industrial customers, generating sales enquiries, conducting regular field visits and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

The candidate will primarily cover the Bharuch–Ankleshwar–Dahej industrial belt and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to industrial customers and potential clients.
- Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Develop recent customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Visit industries, factories, EPC companies, contractors and project sites.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/estimation team.
- Generate enquiries for Electrical Automation, Control Panels and related industrial solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with customers from enquiry stage up to order finalisation.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry status and sales pipeline.
- Collect market information and monitor competitor activities.




- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments/outstanding amounts.
- Identify new projects, plant expansions and upcoming industrial requirements in the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Industrial Sales / Technical Sales preferred.
- Experience in Electrical, Automation, Control Panel, Instrumentation or Industrial Products will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship-building ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Should be comfortable with regular field travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
- Good knowledge of Bharuch/Ankleshwar industrial market will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
