This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, seamless onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives, contributing directly to building a high-performing and positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle and build a strong talent pipeline
- Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires
- Support and strengthen performance evaluation processes, tracking daily metrics.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Manage HR operations while ensuring compliance and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing organization
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee engagement
- Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws
- A proactive, people-centric approach with the ability to multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
