Job Summary

Getin Technologies, a division of Getintech Education Private Limited, is looking for an experienced and passionate Embedded Software Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training programs at our Virudhunagar branch. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Embedded C, firmware development, microcontrollers, ARM Cortex-M, STM32, RTOS, and embedded debugging. The trainer should be capable of delivering coding-based, debugging-oriented, and placement-focused training.

Our Requirements

- 2–5+ years of relevant industry experience in Embedded Software Development, Firmware Development, Embedded Systems,



or a related field.
- Strong practical experience in C, Embedded C, microcontrollers, and firmware development.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M / STM32-based development.
- Strong understanding of embedded communication protocols and RTOS concepts.
- Experience using embedded development and debugging tools.
- Ability to conduct coding-based and debugging-oriented practical sessions.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to mentor students on real-world embedded projects and placement preparation.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing industry-ready embedded professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led offline Embedded Software training at the Virudhunagar branch.
- Teach C, Advanced C, Embedded C, firmware development, and microcontroller programming.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using ARM Cortex-M / STM32 microcontrollers.
- Demonstrate GPIO, interrupts, timers, PWM, ADC/DAC, and communication protocols.
- Provide practical training on UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RTOS, and FreeRTOS.
- Conduct coding, debugging,



and troubleshooting exercises.
- Guide students in developing software-based embedded projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Mentor students on real-world projects, coding practices, and debugging techniques.
- Conduct technical interview and placement preparation sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest embedded technologies, tools, and industry practices.
- Coordinate with the academic team for batch scheduling, student progress tracking, and syllabus completion.

Employment Type

Full time – Offline

- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day
- Mode: Offline / On-site
- Location: Virudhunagar Branch

Part-Time / Freelance – Online

If required, online engagement will be offered only on a part-time/freelance basis.

- Weekdays: 1 hour per day
- Weekends: 2 hours per day
- Mode: Online / Remote

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Embedded Systems, ARM, STM32, RTOS, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience with real-world embedded projects and production-level firmware development is highly preferred.
