Job Title: Academic Counsellor

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of student counselling/admissions and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions, especially in the legal domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career paths
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Handle end-to-end admission process including follow-ups and conversions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
- Stay updated with course offerings and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling/admissions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
- Passion for education and student success, preferably in the legal domain
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
