- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Preparing E – Way Bills.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information for budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits.




- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
- Manage banking relationships and transactions.
- Utilize financial software and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial information and support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
