Job Responsibilities

- Develop and grow business opportunities in the Fire Suppression segment.
- Handle techno-commercial sales with industrial clients, consultants, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contractors and system integrators.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fire suppression solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, quotations and commercial offers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, order finalization and business closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify new markets, customers and project opportunities.

Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Fire Suppression.
- Solid experience in Techno-Commercial Sales / Business Development.
- Good knowledge of fire suppression systems, agents and related equipment.




- Experience working with industrial clients, EPC contractors, consultants or system integrators preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication and customer-management skills.
- Proven ability to generate business and close sales.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Fire & Safety Engineering or a related field will be preferred.
