Job Description

Position: Accountant – Accounting & Outsourcing

Location: Gift City – Gandhinagar

Experience: Accounting, preferably in a CA Firm / accounting & outsourcing setting.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for Clients
- Maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank/Cash Books.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Ensure proper accounting under applicable Accounting Standards / Ind AS, wherever relevant.
- Manage accounting entries, provisions, accruals, prepayments and depreciation.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and clients for accounting-related queries and documentation.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare MIS reports and other management reports as required.




- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Ensure timely completion of client assignments and deliverables.

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally / ERP.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
