Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers.
Allocate work to employees/workers according to project requirements.
Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
Ensure proper quality of construction work and adherence to company standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and management.
Maintain daily attendance and manpower records.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Monitor workplace safety and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
Ensure discipline and productivity among workers.
Support smooth execution of projects as per schedule.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
