About the Role

Join as a founding member and lead the technical vision of our sustainability education platform. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a meaningful product while making a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement technical strategy and product roadmap
- Lead the development and scaling of our web platform
- Make key architectural decisions and technology choices
- Build and manage the technical team
- Ensure platform security,



performance, and reliability
- Collaborate on product strategy and business decisions
- Mentor team members and foster innovation

Requirements

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong background in web technologies and cloud platforms
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
- Track record of building and scaling web applications
- Understanding of educational technology or e-learning platforms
- Leadership experience in technical roles
- Passion for sustainability and environmental impact
- Startup experience is a plus
