- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Experience with SAP HCM Time Management configuration and integration.
- Strong knowledge of time management processes and payroll interfaces within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to time data and attendance.
- Familiarity with SAP modules related to human capital management and workforce administration.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.

- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
