Urgently required for the post of Data Entry operator

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in the company ERP system.
- Maintain records related to sales, purchase, inventory, production, dispatch, stores, and other operational activities.
- Verify source documents before entering information into the ERP.
- Check data for accuracy, completeness, and duplication.
- Update existing ERP records whenever required.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect missing or incorrect information.
- Generate basic reports from the ERP system as required.
- Maintain Excel sheets and other MIS records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of physical and digital records.
- Identify data discrepancies and report them to the concerned department.




- Support the HR/Accounts/Purchase/Sales/Stores/Production teams with data-related activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Complete assigned data-entry tasks within the required timelines.

Required Skills

- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of ERP software.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
- Basic knowledge of formulas, filters, sorting, and formatting in Excel.
