Accountant JD

We are seeking an experienced Accounting with expertise in Tally ERP 9 to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing invoice generation, purchase orders, payment processing, E-invoicing, E-way Bill generation and general accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, and proficiency in Tally ERP 9.

Accountant Job Responsibilities:

- Generate accurate and timely invoices for products and services.
- Verify invoice details, including pricing, discounts, and terms of payment.
- Maintain organized records of all invoices issued and monitor payment status.
- Generate purchase orders for procurement of inventory, supplies, and services.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
- Process vendor invoices for payment and ensure adherence to payment terms.
- Monitor and reconcile customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Tally ERP 9.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
- Prepare and maintain records for sales tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
- Coordinate with tax advisors or authorities as necessary.

Accountant Requirements:

- Education: B.Sc., BCom
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a robust focus on Tax invoicing / E-Way Bill / E-Invoice, purchase orders, and payments.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP 9 Prime.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
