- Sales team ko lead transfer karna Key Responsibilities – Telemarketing Executive
- Make outbound calls to customers using the data provided by the company
- Clearly explain company products and services to potential customers
- Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with interested prospects
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets
- Identify qualified leads and transfer them to the Sales Team
- Maintain daily call reports in CRM or Excel
- Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner
