Job Description

We are looking for a *confident, energetic, and people-oriented Training & Development Executive* to conduct employee induction, training, skill development, assessments, and continuous learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct *induction and onboarding* for current employees.

* Plan and conduct *classroom, practical, and on-the-job training*.

* Identify employee *skill gaps* and provide appropriate coaching.

* Prepare *training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments*.

* Conduct tests and evaluate *training effectiveness and employee performance*.

* Coordinate with managers to identify and address training requirements.

* Maintain *training attendance, records, assessments, and reports*.

* Conduct refresher training and support continuous employee development.

* Improve training methods and introduce engaging learning practices.

Requirements





* Bachelor's degree in *HR, Management, Business Administration, Education*, or a related field.

* Experience in *Training & Development / HR* preferred.

* Excellent *communication and presentation skills*.

* Confident in addressing and training groups.

* Good knowledge of *MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel*.

* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

* *Positive, proactive, and approachable personality.*

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can *train, motivate, and develop employees*, identify performance gaps, and create a positive learning environment.

1 year experience in T&D; mandatory
