Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Production Supervisor with a B.Tech qualification and at least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing manpower, maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth production operations.
- Plan and allocate work to workers according to production requirements.
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Maintain production schedules and coordinate with other departments.
- Monitor manpower utilization and ensure proper allocation of workers.
- Check the availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment required for production.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved processes and specifications.
- Monitor product quality and coordinate with the Quality Control team.
- Identify production issues, machine breakdowns, and process problems and report them to the concerned department.
- Minimize production downtime, wastage, rejection, and material loss.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain daily production reports, records, and documentation.
- Monitor machine and equipment usage and coordinate for maintenance when required.
- Ensure workers follow company safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain discipline and a safe working environment on the production floor.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Purchase,



and other departments for smooth operations.
- Train and guide workers regarding production processes, safety, and quality requirements.
- Monitor production efficiency and suggest improvements to increase productivity.
- Support management in implementing process improvements and cost-saving measures.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Candidates with relevant technical specialization will be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 6 months of experience in production, manufacturing, plant operations, or a similar role.
- Fresh B.Tech candidates with relevant internship or practical manufacturing experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
