Job Description:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 10–15 years of experience in electrical design and power systems engineering.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a senior/lead role managing power system projects.
- Strong technical background in Power Systems, Food Industry, and Automobile Manufacturing domains.
- Good knowledge of electrical component sizing and selection.
- Experience in preparing Electrical BOM (EBOM) from layout drawings.
- Hands-on experience in cable scheduling, manufacturing specifications, and site installation documentation.
- Positive understanding of NEC, UL, NFPA, OSHA, and electrical standards.
- Proven experience in electrical design, project engineering, and manufacturing support.




- Ability to lead the electrical design process from project kickoff through production release.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Experience in resolving design issues, conducting design reviews, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple clients.
- Provide technical support during production build and testing phases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
