Designation: - Site Supervisor

Looking for a well experience Site Supervisor for Office Fit-out & Maintenance.

- To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors.

- To supervise workers and subcontractors.

- Handling multiple projects at a time.

- Should have knowledge of BOQ

- Monitoring other project in-charge.

- Delegating work to the Project in-charges

- To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items.

- To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.

- Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget.

- To manage orders and deliveries of construction materials,

- To organize staff work schedules, complete records for site reports.
