Job Title: Junior Account Executive
Location: Delhi
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (preferably in the manufacturing industry)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience, be well-versed in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word, and have a basic understanding of financial reporting and book closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records for group companies.
- Assist in monthly book closure, trial balance, and reconciliations.
- Perform filing, vouching, and general bookkeeping tasks.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with banks for regular transactions and documentation follow-up.
- Assist in preparing forecasts and cash flow statements.




- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial documentation, petty cash, and bank statements.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.

Basic Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (manufacturing sector preferred).
- Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Type: Full time
