Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD with the ability to prepare detailed working drawings, shop drawings, furniture layouts, and interior detailing drawings.
- Ability to prepare and understand corporate interior design drawings, including workstation layouts, cabin layouts, meeting rooms, reception areas, pantry, storage, and other office spaces.
- Good understanding of architectural, interior, furniture, ceiling, flooring, partition, electrical, and other service drawings.
- Knowledge of corporate furniture, modular workstations, loose furniture, partitions, false ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, and interior fit-out materials.
- Ability to prepare quantity sheets, quantity take-offs, BOQ-related documentation, and material requirement sheets.
- Good understanding of site measurements, site conditions, and interior execution requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, project managers, and site execution teams.




- Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is properly translated into site execution.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for quantity calculations, BOQ preparation, material tracking, project documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to identify drawing discrepancies, site issues, and coordinate for design and technical clarifications.
- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple corporate interior projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Good understanding of interior execution, materials, finishes, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with design and project execution teams.

Pay: ₹10,974.92 - ₹45,550.75 per month
