We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge (Mechanical) to oversee daily production activities, manage the production team, ensure quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Manage manpower and allocate work according to production requirements.
- Monitor fabrication, assembly, and mechanical production processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with required specifications.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
- Check raw materials, tools, and equipment required for production.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Ensure proper safety procedures and housekeeping on the shop floor.
- Train, guide, and monitor production workers.
- Coordinate with purchase, quality, stores,



and management teams for smooth production.

Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical production, steel fabrication, structural steel, or a related industry.
- Positive knowledge of production planning and shop-floor operations.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical/fabrication drawings.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for production reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
