Client Servicing ExecutiveExperience 2-4 yearsAs the Studio scales across three delivery tracks, we need a Client Servicing owner to be the single point of contact between the Studio and its internal stakeholders, Program Managers trainers, L&D;, and business teams. You'll convert business asks into clear creative briefs and keep every job moving from intake to sign-off, so the design, copy, and motion teams can stay focused on making the work.Key responsibilities
- Own intake. Receive and qualify requests from PMs/brand stakeholders; nail down objective, audience, language, and deadline before work begins.
- Write the brief. Translate business asks into structured creative briefs the team can execute against, including the governing the content.
- Run the work tracker. Prioritise and sequence jobs across multiple tracks, balance capacity, and keep timelines honest.
- Drive approvals & versioning. Move each job through script → storyboard → final; chase reviews and sign-offs from approval owners and keep version logs clean.
- Be the communication hub. Proactive status to stakeholders, early escalation of risks, and clean handoffs.
Must have
- 2–3 years in client servicing / account management / project coordination in a creative agency, in-house brand studio, or L&D;/content team.
- Strong stakeholder management and written communication.
- Highly organised; comfortable running trackers and juggling many parallel jobs.
- Understanding of a content production pipeline (brief → script → design/edit → review → publish).
Valuable to have
- Exposure to telecom / BFSI / retail / mass-fleet training or marketing content.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
