Responsibilities:-
1. Filling positions within an organisation.
2. Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organisation.
3. Developing own network of suitable candidates.
4. Handling of administration and record-keeping.
5. Working with organisations to develop a recruitment plan.
6. Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
7. Drafting and posting job descriptions.
8. Interviewing candidates.
9. Preparing job offers.
10. Networking with various institutions and social media.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's in human resources.
- MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Talent acquisition: 1 year (Preferred)
Location:
- Khopat, Thane, Maharashtra (Preferred)
