Order Processing & Dispatch Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle retail order processing, dispatch coordination, courier handover, and daily order-related data management.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process retail orders received through internal groups/channels.
- Forward accurate order details to the dispatch/packing team.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure orders are packed correctly and ready for pickup.
- Print customer address/shipping labels and paste them on the respective packages.
- Coordinate with courier partners for order pickup.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and item-wise quantities in Excel.
- Update order status, dispatched quantities, and other relevant details accurately.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams in case of any order discrepancy or missing information.




- Ensure proper and timely documentation of all dispatched orders.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in order processing, dispatch, back-office operations, data entry, or e-commerce operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain records systematically.
- Prior experience with Amazon/e-commerce orders will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who is comfortable with desk-based computer work, Excel, order processing, and coordinating with dispatch and courier teams.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
