Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production of rubber diaphragms.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor rubber moulding, pressing, curing, trimming and finishing processes.
- Handle production operators and allocate work as per requirements.
- Ensure product quality and minimize rejection and wastage.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain daily production reports, manpower records and material usage.
- Ensure proper machine utilization and smooth shop-floor operations.
- Follow safety, quality and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in the Rubber, Moulding or Diaphragm Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of rubber production processes and moulding operations.
- Valuable team-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and shop-floor activities.
