Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET + Python AI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, C#, Python, Generative AI, RAG, and LLM technologies.

The ideal candidate will develop enterprise applications using .NET and build AI-powered solutions using Python, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Experience with AI use cases such as intelligent assistants, barcode solutions, healthcare/medication applications, and enterprise automation is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET/.NET Core and C#.
- Develop AI-powered applications and backend services using Python.
- Design and implement RAG-based Generative AI solutions.
- Integrate LLMs into enterprise applications and business workflows.
- Build AI services, REST APIs, and backend components using Python and .NET.
- Develop document retrieval, contextual search, and knowledge-based AI solutions.
- Design RAG workflows including data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and contextual responses.
- Perform prompt engineering and optimize LLM interactions.
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing .NET applications and enterprise systems.
- Work on AI use cases involving barcode processing, intelligent assistants, and medication-related solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, AI service, API, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews,



testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills.NET / C#

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core and C#.
- Experience developing enterprise applications and RESTful APIs.
- Robust understanding of OOP and software design principles.

Python

- Strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience building backend services, APIs, and AI/ML applications.
- Ability to integrate Python-based AI services with .NET applications.

Generative AI / RAG / LLM

- Hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Strong experience implementing RAG solutions.
- Experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of embeddings, vector databases/search, document processing, and knowledge retrieval.
- Experience building AI assistants, intelligent search, or enterprise AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Azure or other cloud platforms
- REST APIs and Microservices
- Vector databases and semantic search
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI or similar LLM platforms
- LangChain or similar GenAI frameworks
- Docker and CI/CD
- SQL / relational databases
- AI/ML application development

Experience Requirements

- 6+ years of overall software development experience
- Strong experience across .NET + Python
- Hands-on experience with AI, RAG, and LLM-based solutions is mandatory
- Enterprise AI application development experience preferred

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
