Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering engagement and brand loyalty.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with trends, tools, and platform updates, incorporating them into strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and content teams) to align messaging.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:





- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, algorithms, and content best practices.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
