Walk-in interview For CNC & VMC Setter (ITI-Diploma Mechanical).

Job Description: CNC & VMC Setter

Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 2–3 Years
Industry: Automotive / Sheet Metal Industries

Job Responsibilities

· Set and operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.

· Perform machine setting, tool setting, offset corrections, and prove-out.

· Ensure components are produced as per dimensional and quality requirements.

· Carry out basic inspection using measuring instruments.

· Identify and troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process-related issues.

· Maintain production, quality, and machine-related records.

· Follow safety, 5S, and company quality procedures.

Skills Required

· Good knowledge of CNC & VMC machine setting and operation.

· Knowledge of G-code / M-code and basic CNC programming.

· Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

· Knowledge of cutting tools, tool selection, and tool offsets.

· Hands-on experience with Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.

· Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC troubleshooting.





· Understanding of machining parameters such as speed, feed, and depth of cut.

· Knowledge of automotive and sheet metal component manufacturing.

· Positive problem-solving and teamwork skills.

· Willingness to work in shifts.

· Job Shift Timing:

· 06.00 am to 2.30 pm - 1st shift

· 02.00pm to 09.50 pm - 2nd shift

· 09.50pm to 06.00am - 3rd shift

· 09.00 am to 05.30 pm - General shift

· Sunday week-Off

· Cab Facility: Pickup from Thiruninravur Railway Station

· Pickup from Thiruvallur Railway Station
