As a Factory Operations Executive, your key responsibility will be production planning and coordination. You will manage daily factory operations and ensure that production activities are carried out smoothly according to order requirements and timelines.

You will also be responsible for workforce supervision and task allocation, where you will guide labour staff, assign duties, and ensure efficient and timely completion of work.

In addition, you will monitor quality control, maintain smooth workflow, and ensure proper discipline, hygiene,



and operational efficiency within the factory environment.
