- Handle day-to-day escalations and close cases
- Managing manpower as per variable demand in products and skillset of Agents
- Plan shifts to cater to the volumes
- Audit sample files and share feedback with Supervisors and Agents
- Conduct regular training and refresher for CPA Agents and Supervisors
- Organize training and refresher for Sales team and prepare FTNR MIS reports for improvement
- Perform UAT on Test cases
- Suggest system enhancements for improving TAT and reducing manpower
